Registration

The registration is made in the two following steps: (1) payment of the conference fees, and (2) abstract submission. Deadline for abstract submission: 14th of March 2022

Conference fees

Please use the button 'Register: Conference' to register to the conference and pay the registration fee.

Important notice: in the unlikely event that the conference should be cancelled, we will reimburse the fees.

Please remeber that hotel rooms need to be booked by the conference attendees themselves. For more information please have a look at Accommodations.

Abstract submission

Please use the button 'Register: File server' to create an account for the conference file server.

During registration, please choose between the following categories: 'invited speaker' (for invited speakers only), 'contributed speaker', 'poster' or 'participant' (no contribution).

After registration, you can access your account using the button 'Log in: File server'. There, a template for title and abstract of your contributions is available. Depending on the number of applications, some contributed speakers might be asked to present a poster and vice-versa. We will inform you in case your contribution has been moved to another format.

Please note: after you have uploaded your abstract, you will not receive any confirmation. Do not worry: if the abstract is on the file server, this means that you have successfully completed the submission!
